The Tussle

Went for a lovely walk in the sunshine today on the Rosehaugh Estate. Halfway round we met our good friends Bailey and his owner, the dogs were so pleased to see each other. Bailey is a lovely 4 year old rescue lab, who has a few issues with some dogs but not Poppy and Bud. They worship him.

Bailey has always been so patient with the irrepressible Bud, they first met when Bud was a 4 month old puppy as Poppy and Bailey have been walking together for 3 years. Bud doesn't respect Baileys great age and wisdom and ALWAYS tries to pinch his ball. Now Bailey's ball is special, it's his security and comfort and he doesn't allow anyone near it, however Bud doesn't understand this, any ball is fair game as far as he is concerned. Of course Bailey inevitably get his ball back but he is gentle about it and lets Bud have a good pull first.
