Soap box moment. I walk through here on my way to work if I decide not to pay for parking. It is 6.00am and the stars are out and then my mood plummets even more when confronted by this . I HATE it, it really offends me and I would really like to know why people think they can deface public property. Over and now breathing again. Thank you for the rant space.
