Scarlet Ribbons for her hair

LeeAnn's Colour Challenge - Day 5 - Scarlet

The daughter of the house had been invited to a party. Somewhere she knew she had some scarlet ribbons which would set her dress off nicely. She looked everywhere, but with little success. Eventually she found them at the bottom of a trunk.

These come from my 1/12th scale collection of Doll's Houses. The trunk was purchased as a cardboard undecorated craft item, and I had great fun decorating it with a soft leather outer, and lined with traditional patterned paper scaled and printed on the computer. I have been meaning to dress the doll for years, but at least she has her slightly risque underwear!
