Growing Scaffolding

The bamboo structure outside the building has been growing. Today they made it up to the 6th floor. One piece of bamboo at a time with wires at the joints. We had to close the curtains because there were people walking around outside.

Looking out the window, you could see the bamboo poles and wires that would be build upon up to the roof. My guess is that they will be re-stuccoing the outside of the building. I'm glad I'm not one of the "they" who will be doing that. I know bamboo is strong, and I believe this has been done safely before, but I'm still glad it's not my job.
