Pumpkins - the end!

Had a day off today. And as the sun decided to make an appearance I headed to the seaside with mum and dad and we had a lovely lunch in Sidmouth. It was rather windy and loads of pebbles had been blown over the sea wall by are our unsettled weather of late.

It is almost the end of our pumpkin fun for this year. Fred, Frieda, Fredalina and Titch have been consigned to the garden. We are just waiting for them to mush up a but before we compost them. We saved some of Fred's seeds to see if we can grow another whopper - but as we had such an unusually hot summer thus year I am not sure we will ever grow anything to surpass Fred.
