Home again home again....

It has been a busy and exciting few days in London and today we travelled home by train. Previously, we have commuted from New St or Snow Hill Station, but this time we were passengers on the Chiltern Line, from Marylebone to Moor Street.

I'd never been to Moor Street Station; quite surprising since it's right in the city centre, just across from Selfridges, but what a pleasant surprise! It's really nice old, traditional train station with great character, that has retained many features from the past. Since arriving home, I've looked into the history of the station Wikipedia and have become quite fascinated by the place. However, at the time we were just really pleased to be back on home turf!

It's lovely to be away for a few days...but there's really no place like home!
