Acupuncture on my elbow again this morning, five needles this time. Three around the elbow, one two inches towards the wrist, and one between the forefinger and thumb. Connected to an electrical supply, my muscles and forefinger were twitching uncontrollably for 20 minutes. It was quite relaxing, but is aching a bit now and feels a bit bruised.

In the shed this afternoon, removed that old lintel with minimal disturbance to the stonework above. Cut the new lintel to size, and all ready to cement up tomorrow.

A sharp frost this morning, with rain developing with wind this afternoon. Now averaged 12 mm per day in November.

Party was fun last night. G went as a Gypsy, flowery skirts and top, with scarves, bangles and necklaces.. I was a Pirate in a pirate print t-shirt and red polka dot scarf on my head..
