Three craws sat upon a wa'

On my way to a meeting, and after scraping the frost off my car, the bright, warm bright sunshine was a surprise to everyone - including these pigeons making the most of the warmth. They were just sitting preening themselves in the sun - and if I hadn't been running late, I'd have stayed longer and maybe joined in.
