What can you do with a grey rainy day, when every French person you cross comes out with such originality - looking up to the sky and announcing with a jaunty chuckle as if they have just invented the joke, "It's English weather"…. as if the grey weather wasn't enough.

So what can you do when the sky is just grey and white - yep, I know, take a pictures of grey birds against a white sky, OR white birds against a grey sky.

Thank you for your enquiries about my NaNoWriMo project it's going really well - up to about 12k words as of now and will get back to it tonight.

The one I did last year has also been resurrected - it was read by a couple of friends on Twitter who have encouraged me to finish it and I've got back into it and am enjoying it immensely.
In fact I am enjoying it so much that I am going to try to finish and publish it in the New Year - if only as an Ebook.
