Inclement weather prevented today's golf round; instead I sorted out that pile of books I blipped a while back, putting them in the new bookcases I put together at the weekend and generally indulged in that strange male thing of putting them into particular order: pre 20th C, 20C classics, travel, poetry, modern fiction and so on - yes, and in alphabetical orderby author within each category! Me? OCD?!

(I sorted my winter wardrobe out after that, having got in the mood - no alphabetical order this time, though!)

Bought this brightly-berried shrub a couple of weeks back and have been saving it for a literal and metaphorical (blip-wise) rainy day; so windy I couldn't get a decently sharp shot, but nothing else to choose from today, I'm afraid.
