Frosty morning

Although this is quite similar to yesterday's blip, it was taken from a completely different spot a few miles away, but the mountains in the distance are the same ones.

What is noticeable is the frost that was still lying on the ground at 10 o'clock in the morning. I was glad I'd taken the photo before I went into Rhona's for my massage, because by the time I emerged more than an hour later the weather had turned dull and dreich and there was no view to be seen. That lovely sky had turned grey!

I'm off to Troon this afternoon to visit friend Gill. We're going for a pre-theatre Italian before attending a concert at The Gaiety Theatre in Ayr. I'll be staying the night in Troon, so won't be able to catch up with journals and comments until tomorrow.
