A Visit to a Palace or Castle

Having stopped at Oxford last night the intention today was to visit Blenheim Palace. The best laid plans sometimes turn out not to have been planned. The Palace started on its winter timetable today which meant it was closed.

We decided to head South and visited a Royal castle instead of a Ducal palace. A walk around Windsor and a visit to the Castle before heading to our final destination for the day in the heart of the commuter belt.
