Motion

I had the proper camera on me today.

It took me a while to remember how to use it again as I've made a vow not to have it on Auto and take a load of photos where the inbuilt flash bleaches everything out.

As a budding very-amateur, often I try to do something "clever" with the camera and so often it fails, but I'm quite happy with this shot as I was trying to capture the motion of my incredibly hungover brother in law on the roundabout.

I like how his head appears still while the rest of him is in motion, which is probably not too dissimilar to how he felt yesterday!

In other news, I got a lovely cuddle with my gorgeous niece, which was a definite highlight of a nice easy weekend!
