Farmers' Market

This man sells excellent Spanish food at the Chiswick Sunday Market. He learned his cooking from his mother, Senora Sottomayor, who in turn learned from Ferran Adria, so not a bad pedigree! Sottomayor 'Son' is not casually holding onto the supports for his covering - it is a very windy day, and he is preventing it flying away in one of the gusts. (The chorizo piled high in the centre is what I usually go for.)
