Park bench

Had a few minutes to kill first thing this morning waiting for my appointment to get my flu jab. I went for a brief walk around the park in town. The sun was till quite low and little was being sprinkled on the park, especially on one side where the trees and the railway embankment that borders the park are.

I walked a little further round and a small shat of light was getting through and landing perfectly on this bench. There's little or no detail in the bench itself - it was acting more like a mirror, but I knew this shot was worth walking the additional hundred yards or so to get it captured.

Then, off to get a needle stuck in my arm> The rest of the day was a pain in the ????
