Direction

We headed out this morning, in the unexpected sunshine, for a walk. As TallGirl and I were still a bit under the weather, we did part of the walk, then doubled back to get the car and meet the boys further on (though we didn't exactly know where). There were enough interesting insects and poo along the way to keep our nature buffs happy (Uncle A is an expert in all things wild so can answer all their questions). The heat was actually a bit too much for TallGirl and I though and, not having had breakfast, we were both feeling a bit faint when we got back to the car.

A long search for the boys followed, until I worked out that the road we'd seen from the top of a hill and where Mr B had said we would meet, was actually a drive way to a house. Anyway, we found them eventually - with the help of this arrow in the road helpfully placed there by CarbBoy to guide us.

Home via the shops for a leisurely lunch outside, which ended up with us lounging in the garden until it was nearly dark - a surprisingly warm day given the rain forecast. Mr B then tried (and sadly failed) to fix the dishwasher. Dinner, chat, bed.
