Hanging on

An unpleasant day weatherwise, wet and windy and cool, the kind of weather that really needs an umbrella but due to gusty winds that would be foolish. Fortunately I only really had to be outside to walk the dog, and while I managed to come home unscathed, he of course was covered in a layer of....woods, which is now spread over the floor.
And in other gloomy news, I learnt today that our second home, the expats' favourite bar in Kettwig is closing in March...I really don't know how we'll cope.
