Spider (with pansy)

The winter pansies outside Northampton's Guildhall were opening in the glorious sunshine this morning. Chilly yet bright - that's fine by me!

It was only when I looked at this pic on the computer that I saw the spider - small enough even for an arachnophobe like me to bear without screaming. Oddly, while having a pub lunch with friends a few minutes after taking this pic, there was an almighty SMASH and a scream, as a waitress carrying a full tray of glasses had a spider crawl on her hand {{{{shudder}}}}
