More waiting and more fall fun

I had an appointment with a new doctor today that was able to interpret the results of my lab, ultrasound, CT scan as well as MRI. I still do not have a diagnosis other than Adenoma (which is just a fancy word for large benign tumors). He mentioned that what I am experiencing as far as symptoms and the having several tumors on the liver at once is quite rare and he was really quite baffled about it. So I really don't know anything new other than it does not jump off the page as cancer. He is going to find another specialist to refer me to for further diagnostics. Doing nothing is not an option for the potential danger that the tumors, although currently benign, could become malignant (cancer) eventually and also they are causing uncomfortable symptoms for me. Waiting for a call that should come Monday.
Tonight is Halloween. We took the girls first to the hubby's work for the small carnival they put on there and then to the Truth's school for a lovely festival there. Both girls had a blast. It really did help get my mind off of all this medical stuff for just a moment.
