holding it all together

Here's a Mountain Chickadee eating a seed carefully held between its feet, while using those same feet to precariously balance on a branch. An act worthy of Cirque du Soleil! And yet it all comes naturally to this little bird, no angst or adrenaline required. It's just doing what it was created to do.
May I go through this day with the same poise and balance!
