Dia de los Muertos Decorations

I was at the airport to pick up another arriving friend today. I was happy to see the entire place adorned with Dia de los Muertos decorations because I had been unable to find any to take photos of previously. There were different interpretations of catrinas on the many columns and a large alter near security. The colors in this arrangement caught my eye and I pulled my camera from my backpack to capture it. Instantly there was an airport security guard checking out what I was up to. In my best Spanish, I told him how pretty the displays were (trying to let him know I wasn't taking photos for nefarious purposes) as I quickly stowed my DSLR and moved on my way.
