Symi shrimp festival

The shrimp festival is held every year on the village square at Horio on Symi.
You eat the shrimps whole, shells and all and washed down with wine. I think they must be unique to Symi for they are deliciously tasty and crunchy!
There is much dancing, and eventually everybody joins in until all the shrimps and wine has gone!
