Orion

I must say, I am curious to see how this image has turned out. I could not sleep last night so eventually I got up, got dressed and went out with my camera half hoping to see the Aurora Borealis. I did not however see that so I opted for an image of the stars.
I wanted a little of planet earth in the foreground to give the viewing some other interest and chose this convenient piece of fencing.
You may need to turn the lights down to appreciate the image.
