Put the Flags Out

Tug Boat outside the new Hong Kong Maritime Museum. It made a lovely dash of colour on a very grey day. As you can see the visibility today wasn't very good and seemed to cast a grey blanket over the city.
Still it was very nice of them to put the flags out for my visit!
