yes i mind that you would rather phone someone else and chat for 15 minutes that talk to me when i'm standing right there! and don't look at me like that when i say 'er, weds day off - the thing you were going to do was see me, i thought?'. and either offer a solution to the problem of being hugely unhappy with your hours or put up with what they give you - you're not backwards in coming forwards in other things, why are you being so apathetically passive about this?
