In an orchard, in the city

These are the " 40 Flights" in Charlestown. Why they are named as such, not sure. There aren't 40 steps nor flights. My friend who grew up here says that's just how they are known. On either side, bitter cheery trees. I think it's also a nice perspective of Boston in the background on a Fall afternoon.
