London Panorama

So there's not much to say in support of this one. Or rather because this is connected with work I'd rather talk about something else. It's quite a view of London though, eh?

I should add I've been helped hugely by the samadhi practice I learned in Scotland. It's made a difference in not being so consumed by thoughts both at work and at home all the time. I've started occasional lunchtime sits the last few days too, which I'm really enjoying.
