Happy Halloween

I passed through Glasgow Central Station today on my way to Paisley to see the fireworks with my niece and nephew. The clock in the station had been given a Halloween makeover and it really made me smile.

The fireworks were a total washout, to say I was soaked to the skin is putting it mildly. I was soaked through my winter jacket! I had to wring the water out of my jacket before I could put it on the radiator to dry. Really can't remember the last time I got so wet. The fireworks were lovely though, and the kids had a great time, not a single complaint about being wet and cold, they were so well behaved.
