Spelt

Staying in a new flat (thanksto some people swanning off to Asia)). Decided to bake a Spelt loaf during one of my scheduled breaks from Phding. Loaf was very nice, which is good because I think I will have this permanent reminder of it seared on to my arm.

Nb. It is surprisingly difficult to photograph your own forearm.
