Veggie Garden

Here's a corner of the new garden we've put in at the end of the pool area.
Today I lugged 2 trailer loads of soil around to the back garden (1.5 cubic meters) and Scarlet did the spreading. Henry helped with the shoveling, so I'm very grateful to him for that. Once that lot was done Scarlet planted out a whole lot of seedlings - snow peas, beans, zucchini, pumpkin, tomato, as well as putting in a Valencia Orange, strawberry plants and 3 types of seedless grapes.
We then took delivery of 17 bags of Baa Poo from our supplier, Jean-Luc the Sheep Shitologist, who lives in Wee Jasper. The Baa Poo was duly spread around all the fruit trees and seedlings. All that remains now is to give everything a big drink before dark. Phew! What a day.
