I'm a little exhausted now! This morning I got as far as I could go on my London-Midland trains 'rover' ticket from Euston and arrived at Liverpool just after 10.00 a.m. I love Liverpool, plus I wanted to travel on to Crosby as I'd always wanted to see this.

I had an extremely 'bracing' walk along the beach and took home half of the sand from the beach in my eyes and hair! 'Twas a little blowy to say the least!

It was a good day, despite an extremely loud carriage of Crystal Palace supporters, singing, shouting and swearing all the way home on the slow train home when I changed trains at Birmingham!

Work all day tomorrow and an early start, so I'll be back to look at your blips as soon as I can.
