Damp squid!

Well it rained most of the day so when they lit the big fish bonfire it became a bit of a damp squid ! As a precaution this year they moved the firework display to the old pier further away from the crows and I think it was better for it because the fireworks reflected off the water. After spending all day cleaning and cooking it was nice to get out the damn house albeit to taxi folks from one pub to the next. I don't enjoy being in noisy bars listening to drunken folks rambling on but hey its only a couple of times a year I do it and it can be entertaining!
The lantern parade was very good as was the Snapberry project. A lot of hard work went into making this a great event
