Milling timber.

My son, C & his partner, P, came down for the weekend. They are putting a decking out the front of the house, with a BBQ area at one end. It is only a very low decking, jusst to cover old garden beds and a broken cement pathway.
We have a portable sawmill and some logs suitable for milling. This is C with the portable mill, P stacked all the timber for him.
Lovely to have them here, if only for a short time, they brought Azral (the pups other sister) with them. I meant to get a photo of the 3 pups together but they all left fairly early this morning. They are hoping to get started on the decking this afternoon.
The timber is Lawson cypress (Chamaecyparis lawsoniana), which we have also used in our house, for window & door frames, stair step & rails.
