An Eventful day

One of the biggest events on our local calendar is the lantern procession and fireworks display. Here you see neither of the two but you see the excellent pictures that are projected onto the gables on the square to show off the natural heritage and photographic talent of the area. These keep us entertain along with the bands until the lantern procession arrives.

Fireworks were also excellent but I am bad at taking photos of those.

The more personal event that took place today was that our pet rabbit disappeared overnight, taken by a cat or fox. Only a few bits of fur left. We forgot to shut his hutch door last night as during the day he has the run of the garden. This is the only time we have ever not shut him in. We are all a little upset.
