Dawn and Later

Up with the proverbial lark, this morning. Don't know why, but I was glad to get a glimpse of the nice pre-dawn apricot sky.
We went a lot of messages, buying the double-glazing film for the windows, recycling, checking out the allotment and being horrified at the prices in the Botanic Gardens' shop.
Glad we had a rented car (for M's trip to Englandshire tomorrow), since the apricot was the only light in the sky all day as it persisted down with rain... :(
