Push up central!

Another non-photo but really excited about this press-up challenge on twitter.
Also had a great game on the squash court today. Beat a guy I hardly ever beat. I feel totally inspired by the world championships that I've been watching on squash tv. Which has been incredible. The final is tomorrow, featuring the 2 times world champ Nick Matthew. Can't wait. Sadly I'll have to catch it on the replay button cos I'm working all day tomoz.
