Great friends - Pam and Sarah Jones - came up yesterday for a night. This afternoon we took them to see the seals at Horsey Gap. The beach is now closed off (until February) and wardened because it's breeding season, but you can still observe from about 100m.

This giant golf ball is on our route back home.

We're really tired and fancy a night in front of Strictly with some spicy carbs... but we've been corralled into a gig at the local village hall instead.
