Autumn

No nice blue skies to photo today.
Very misty when I woke and the sun made a very feeble attempt to break through before giving up.
Parkrun was 33secs slower that last week (though felt as if I should have been faster), but there weren't many PBs - I'll blame the cold.
After chat in the café I decided I would go over to Tentsmuir to walk/run a bit more but just over the bridge I decided I would stop and run for 30mins, even though I only had my trail shoes and it's a tarmac path. I was glad I hadn't done any more as just as I got back to the car the heavens opened for 3 hours of wind and rain.
