Tough old lady

Nellie Moser has hung on her stem patiently for a week or so and occasionally blipped just in case. Today is her day. Not a particularly robust clematis she didn't flourish this year (possibly deer damage last year) therefore it was a pleasant surprise to see her flower last week. She is protected by leaves and an overhanging roof however today's weather might just be too much.
