Cheerful

We took a drive to Canning Dam today, it was good to see so much water in the dam at this time of year, not overflowing and only around 40% full considering the amount of rainfall we have had.
the good news though is that its up from last year so thats some thing to be cheerful about.
Canning Dam is situated on the Darling Scarp it was built in 1940, the dam is a major source of fresh water to supply the City of Perth....
I was going to post the dam, But????
On the way home we drove past an artificial turf business, it had an old truck outside covered from front to back in artificial turf, not a fan myself of fake turf but it will help to reduce water usage, food for thought?
But this big stuffed koala stole the show for cheerful! Or lack off!! Chuckle, he also looks like he is not a fan of fake turf!! ....
However we had a very cheerful day, the weather was glorious with a nice cool breeze, good to be out and about..
