Barcelona

Today was a looooooong day!
We were up at 4.20am to get ourselves ready, before picking Mr A's sister & niece up en route to the airport.
We arrived in Barcelona just before lunch, so had plenty of time to explore. Mr A & I have both been here before though. Kaye (niece) chose the destination; they take her on a trip every year as a birthday treat so she is slowly seeing the world. She still gets excited to see a McDonalds though!!
The weather is incredible; hard to believe its November when it's 21C!

We covered some ground on foot; taking in La Rambla; Placa de Catalunya & a couple of of the Gaudi buildings. Casa Batllo is my favourite, I love the skeletal appearance of the windows.
