McBlare

Meet McBlare, the robot piper currently residing in the main hall of the parliament. He's part of the Carnegie Exhibition. For those whose curiosity will kill them if unassuaged, McBlare can be heard for 5-10 minutes each Saturday at 12.30. I can't vouch for the musicality. His connection to Carnegie? Tenuous. But he was designed by a Roger Dannenberg of the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
