Friday On My Mind

Friday.

At last. Shouldn't really moan as having a job these days is a real privilege. But ..... It's been a tough few months, especially in what I do.

12 hour days for 8 hour rewards is the wrong equation, but that's life I suppose. Victorian values of serfdom are the norm.

Anyhoo, it is indeed Friday and with Mrs R on a back shift, No 1 son in a world of x-box, and stepsons 1 and 2 working and courting respectively, time to make my favourite pre weekend meal - curry.

Chicken. Cut the way I like it with a home made sauce courtesy of a Gordon Ramsay recipe.

Accompaniments? Boiled rice, poppadoms and a citrus beer. Bliss.
