40 conservationists descended on Phuket this week from everywhere between Luzon and London to talk about everything from camera trapping to intranets and bird ringing to the power of photography.

Pad thai at beachside restaurants every night helped to round off the days nicely. As of next week it's back to the daily grind with a bump.
