Halloween's over ...

... and yesterday's creepy crawlies have left so pumpkin stew it is.
Have tried a spoonful or two and it tastes good apart from the pumpkin - the focal point of the whole thing -which appears to taste of nothing! Oh well, at least I can say I've tried it at last!
