A Long Way Down

A horrible day today .
Doctors appointment ended in up in me being signed off for 2 weeks, a change in medication, (but having to wean myself off current one first) and a referral made.

I am under instructions to find at least one thing/person to see a day, preferably outdoors instead of lying on sofa.
The challenge begins.
