Ted of Trawden!

We set off early this morning to pick up two of the grandchildren and brought them back to our house. The idea was to go swimming this morning but the pool didn't open until 12-00 noon which I think is silly when the children are off school for a weeks holiday.

On our way we stopped off to look back over Trawden as it was a lovely morning. It didn't stay fine long and has rained for the rest of the day.

We had a great time at the pool and now I have dropped them off back home we will be getting ready for the dinner party that we are having tonight for a friends 80th birthday which is next week. She had booked a meal for about 40 people for next Friday which we will be going to.

Ted has been in around this spot before playing with his bucket and spade in the snow last winter.
