25 years on

This was the celebration of our local Independent Advice Centre's 25th anniversary. The lady pictured is the person who founded it. I was the guest speaker! We are now joining with a neighbouring Centre to become a Citizen's Advice Bureau. The founder bemoans the loss of independence.
