Scream and Scream Again . . .

. . . with laughter.

I had had a rotten day at work and decided to go to the pub afterwards for a consolation pint or several. To my surprise, the place was utterly crowded and with good reason: the Otley Ukelele Orchestra was giving a recital of music for Hallowe'en.

They played a programme of old favourites: Ghostbusters, Bad Moon Rising, Ghost Town and their version of Monster Mash brought the house down. The whole thing was a laugh riot.

They finished their set with Bring Me Sunshine, which was accompanied by the audience in full-on lusty voice mode; there was scarcely a dry eye in the house at the end.

Once again, music comes to my rescue and I am very grateful to the Otley Ukelele Orchestra for their performance.
