Flamed salmon
Recipe for this dish is quite simple. Just hammer a fillet of fish into a piece of wood and keep it near the fire for 30-45 minutes until most of the grease has oozed out. Rainbow trout is better than salmon since the filles are thinner. Heavier pieces have the risk of dropping into the fire.
